With a strong foundation in hands-on craftsmanship, Abigail began sewing and patternmaking as a teenager, developing a practical understanding of fit, construction, and materials well before entering formal education. She is a graduate of Parsons Paris, where she refined her technical skills while developing a sharp eye for silhouette, proportion, and detail.
Her professional experience includes internships and studio work with Chloé, Gabriela Hearst, and Louise Lyngh Byerregaard, where she contributed to garment development, sampling, and technical execution within fast-paced design environments. This experience shaped a working method that balances creativity with precision, and design intent with production reality.
Now working independently, Abigail offers freelance services including:
-
Patternmaking and garment development
-
Sewing, prototyping, and samples
-
Technical packs and production support
-
Creative and technical assistance for emerging brands and designers
She works closely with clients to bring ideas into fully realized garments, supporting projects from early development through execution.
Currently based in Paris and available for freelance projects and collaborations.
